Shipping Policy
At By The Bay Farms we make every effort to process and ship orders by 8:30am EST on business days. Orders placed after this time will typically ship the following business day. All shipments are handled through USPS, with delivery times dependent on the selected service.
Delivery Estimates: Orders typically arrive within 4-6 business days from the shipping date within the United States. Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by USPS and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Costs:
Rates are calculated based on package weight, with no additional handling or processing fees.
Free Shipping Promotions:
Available for orders shipped to the U.S. Continental States, using first-class ground shipping when applicable. Priority or expedited shipping requires separate payment. Free shipping codes cannot be combined with other promotions.
Codes must be applied at checkout.
Late Orders:
Refunds will not be issued for delayed deliveries, as we are not responsible for USPS delivery times.
