CBD wellness is not one-size-fits-all — finding your ideal routine may take a little experimentation.
My salve is liquid?
Very common problem. I don't like to use non organic stabilizers like xanthan gum in my products. Many people are actually allergic to xanthan gum and other stabilizers which keep products from separating. If it turns to liquid it's still very safe to use and has not lost it's potency. You can prevent this by keeping it in the refrigerator or if you don't mind the consistency, just leave it as it is. Warmer months or warmer homes will cause this to happen more often.
My order might be lost?
Sometimes packages get put on the wrong delivery truck just like luggage at the airport. If your tracking hasn't updated or it says it's in a different state, just try to give it a couple days. It's very rare for a package to go missing completely, in all my years of shipping products, only one has ever disappeared.
